A range of superior quality meals prepared by trained chefs, using only the very finest ingredients, cooked using the unique sous- vides method. This process consists of slowly cooking the meals in vacuum pouches so that all the flavours and sauces are sealed in the pouch and retained so as to allow you to offer a contemporary selection of delicious meals that taste like their chef prepared. These products give the best results microwaved when defrosted, however they can also be cooked from frozen. They have a seven day shelf life when placed in a refrigerator after defrosting.
